Our school has officially launched our SSDB Project for 2020! This year, with the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we hope to educate and create awareness in our children to understand what is happening around the world. Teachers briefed the children on different ways in which we can show our acts of kindness to appreciate friends, teachers , healthcare workers, community helpers and the elderly.
Through the various activities lined up ahead, we hope to bring the children’s attention to the goodness of the human spirit in times of adversity.
During the briefing, the children really wanted to thank and appreciate the unsung heroes who have been quietly going about their jobs that contributed to the well-being and safety of Singaporeans. Through their tiny hands, gracious hearts and kindness acts, they could not wait to embark on this kindness project!
