SSDB Launch Party- “3E’s For Life- Exercise, Eat Healthy, Enjoy Life”
PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Woodgrove Blk 894D had a SSDB launch party on 26th April 2023 with the theme: 3E’s For Life- Exercise, Eat Healthy, Enjoy Life. The objective of this project is to create awareness to young children the importance of having a fit, healthy body and mind which leads to a happy life. Children from N2 to K2 were involved in this school project as well as their respective parents by working together to create a healthy plate. We started off with the inspiring opening remarks from our centre leader and introduced our centre SSDB theme for this year to all young children. The children were then excited to showcase their moves in participating in the fun Zumba dances together with the teachers. Whilst resting after a great workout, some children show and tell their healthy plate they have made together with their parents with great enthusiasm. They proceeded with making a craftwork using brown paper and pre-cut healthy foods to promote the importance of eating healthy. We ended the party with a positive vibes and great photo taking.
Our centre principal gave an inspiring opening remarks and introduced our SSDB theme to all young children.
The children and teachers have fun performing the zumba dance enthuciastically.
The children shared their healthy plate excitedly and felt proud talking to it.
The teachers discussed the benefits of healthy foods and its example before letting the children make the craft. This craft aim to promote good eating habits to young children.
We were all having a blast!❤️🥰
