Carpe Diem Young Hearts SSDB Launch Party 2024

Our N2, K1 and K2 children will be embarking on a whole new project that ties in with ECDA’s Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) initiative. This is a project where our teachers and children will explore using creative ideas and approaches to enhance learning experiences and to promote community engagement and home-centre partnerships. This project commenced on 07 June 2024.

This year, the theme of SSDB is “Doing Good Together: Celebrating 10 Years of Start Small Dream Big”. As part of this project, we are working together with Mandai Wildlife Reserves and National Library to explore more about endangered animals namely the red pandas, giant pandas and otters.

Our project is titled “Wildlife Guardians: Protect Our Homes, Protect Our Animals”. The children will be working on 3 different phases in this project and will mainly be engaged with various community partners. They will learn about the concept of endangered animals, the importance of conservation and how we can do our part in saving the animals.

We look forward to this project with our children!
