一起吃健康的“泡面” 现今社会充满各种各样的食物，为了培养孩子们的健康饮食意识以及如何选择较健康的食物，老师利用日常生活中常吃的泡面，通过去掉调料包，将泡面过水分解掉泡面中的油，同时加上青菜、鸡蛋以及带有健康标志的调料，指导小朋友们以炒面的方式烹饪。孩子们在参与过程中感受活动的乐趣以及一起品尝健康的“美味”！
