Our centre organised a fund-raising family event on 1st June 2024 (Saturday). Our family joined us for a morning of fun and meaningful activities. It helps our children to be grateful to our environment and understand that being a responsible member of the community is important in protecting the wildlife animals. To fostering a strong sense of community involvement and school spirit, all the profit of this event will be donated to ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre (AWRC) organisation.
There are different booths were set up such as art and craft experiences, games, and charity sales of cookies and art pieces. The children enjoyed the activities with their parents and had a wonderful experience understanding how their actions and participation can support wildlife. It was heartwarming to see the children sharing their knowledge with their parents and they even made wishes for the endangered or abandoned animals.
The atmosphere was filled with warmth and joy as our little wildlife protectors received their well-deserved badge. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all parents for their active involvement and collaborative spirit in these meticulously planned activities. Special acknowledgment to our partnering organisations for enriching this project through valuable collaborations.
