In line with Start Small Dream Big 2020, our children from Al-Istighfar Mosque Kindergarten will be raising awareness on zero food waste. Before our launch party, children created their own superhero cape using recycled materials. On the day of the launch party, children put on the cape, we started with sharing on how Singapore has increase in food wastage and the impact contributed by the community. We include initiative from Semakau Island on various ways to reduce food waste. We proceed on with the distribution of SSDB hat and children sang to the song “Save My World”.
