Our Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) Launch Party @ Tampines was attended by K1 and K2 children on 4 June 2024. This year’s SSDB theme is inspired by World Water Day celebration in school. During the celebration, the children were introduced to water saving mascots, ‘Water Wally’ and ‘Water Sally’. They then participated in various water saving activities such as water rationing and dancing to PUB x Pinkfong “Turn Off the tap!”.
Our objective of this year’s SSDB project is to instill children with water saving habits while making it fun for the children.
During the launch party, the children participated in writing reminders about saving water to be given out to the residents of the neighbourhood.
The children had fun interacting with the public on ways to conserve our water resource.
