We are delighted to share the success of our recent Start Small Dream Big fundraising event, held to support the Down Syndrome Association Singapore. Our young learners, ranging from Playgroup to Nursery 2, eagerly participated by creating beautiful handmade crafts which they sold to their beloved parents.
Through their efforts, the children raised an impressive total of $640. This amount was achieved through the enthusiastic support and cooperation of our wonderful parents, who wholeheartedly embraced the spirit of the event. Their unwavering commitment not only helped us meet our fundraising target but also demonstrated the strength of our community.
This event was a fantastic opportunity to teach our children the values of compassion, kindness, and giving back to society. By involving them in such meaningful activities, we aim to instill a lifelong sense of empathy and care for those around them.
In a heartwarming conclusion to our fundraising efforts, selected children from N1 and N2 were given the special responsibility of depositing the collected funds to the Down Syndrome Association Singapore. This moment was not only significant in terms of the financial support it provided but also served as a practical lesson in philanthropy for our young participants.
We grateful for everyone who contributed to making this event a resounding success. Our Parents and children as well as the teachers support has made a significant difference, and together, we continue to foster a nurturing and compassionate community.
