This year our N2 children are involved in the SSDB project to help create a difference. Through this project the children are able to recycle unwanted clothes by remaking the clothes into something useful. This will teach children that they are able to give back to the community in their own ways.
During the launch party, children went around the school in their orange bucket hat to spread awareness on their project. Children talk about what project they will be doing and also how the students from the other classes can help. Children also distributed out flyers for students to bring home so their parents and family can play a part in helping.
Children work together to create the signboard and thank you bookmarks for the collection booth.

Also, Parents and children had the opportunity to work together to cut the unwanted clothes donated and stich the cloth cut out into a pouch. Children also get to decorate the pouches parents helped to stitch.
