In July 2020, we embarked on our SSDB Project as part of our efforts to teach children the importance of empathy and gratitude for the healthcare frontliners in our community.
With the current Covid-19 Pandemic, the children were informed about how it gets very tough for the healthcare sector in fighting the coronavirus. The children made several “Thank You” cards, bookmarks and crafts to show their appreciation and encouragement for the frontliners at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
The parents, teachers and staff also got together and contributed essential items for the Care Packs that would be distributed to the frontliners towards the end of September.
The frontliners have worked very hard day and night in providing good healthcare service to those affected with Covid-19.
Let’s spread the message of encouragement and support to fight and prevent Covid-19 together!
