After learning about different ways of every heritage eats, the children were encouraged to snap some photos with their family during dinner time. The photos were sent via communication book by their parents. The teacher compiled the photos for the children to share about it in class.
They talked about the photos, described how their family eat, their traditions and practices during dinner time. They also share what they eat during those times. They also answered questions asked by their friends confidently.
It was a fun session for children as they learned the differences and similarities of their traditions and practices during dinner time. Above all, they’ve shown respect despite of the differences with one another.
