The children were keen and enthusiastic to know that they will play a significant role in the “Make Pets Art Project”. They participated actively in the artwork and were proud of their creations knowing that their contributions and efforts will help their animal friends in the community (SPCA).
The parents were invited to share their children’s new learning milestone in giving back to the society by fund raising.
The children learnt that the focus of this fund raising was through sales of their artwork for animal causes: Buy and support for a good cause.
In our collaboration with NParks in this SSDB initiative, the children have the opportunities to learn about Responsible Pet Ownership - a joyful and enriching learning journey.
The teachers and children have come together to create a shared meaning about the world around them.
