This is PCF Sparkletots Preschool @Braddell Heights 417’s second year in embarking on the Innovation Guidance Project. It is another wonderful year to inject the importance of kindness, compassion and empathy. With this project linked with SSDB, it opens the doors of kindness to take place with their simple acts of good deeds.
The children all gathered in the school’s MSD room to talk about the import
ance and relevance of kindness. The children were encouraged to think about the different ways on how they can show kindness towards one another.
The children responded mostly about how they can care for the different animals that they can see around them. The K1 and K2 children cared so much for the animals that they decided to draw the different ways of showing care on the paper bags provided for them.
This ended on a very sweet note as the children and the teachers collaboratively found the main focus of their Start Small Dream Big 2018 project: Animal Care. Hmm…wonder what animal will we be focusing on this year? Find out on our next story!
