Our teachers and Little Innovators continued to discuss the topic of “Small Dreams and Big World-Paralympics”. Our Little Innovators once again raised the challenges encountered by our friends with disabilities.
In order to have a deeper understanding of these challenges, the Little Innovators were tasked to build a house with just one hand, within 20 minutes! At the beginning, the Little Innovators expressed confidence that it would be easy to complete, but as they were doing it, they said that it was “too difficult”, “very difficult”, “I can’t”, and “I can’t do it”.
In the second part, our Little Innovators had to complete building a house in only ten minutes with both hands. Through these small tasks, our Little Innovators shared how they felt when they could not perform to their own standards and how they overcome the challenges faced.
