‘Nourish to Flourish’
The Covid-19 pandemic has posed many challenges to many, especially towards foreign workers who are unable to go back to their hometown due to border restrictions. This project aims to foster a sense of gratitude in children, especially towards the migrant workers who toiled to shape what Singapore is today.
The objective of the project was to inculcate appreciation in young minds and to create awareness about the migrant workers’ hard work in Singapore.
To show appreciation to our migrant workers, the children, parents and teachers of PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Jurong Spring Blk 553 got together to provide items that are both essential and healthy for the migrant workers. The care packs were then distributed to the migrant workers together with a Thank You card made from the children.
