The Kindergarten 1s were tasked to create a ‘My Pets Scrapbook’, which focused on how they care for their beloved pet, and how important they are as part of their family. It was a little project for them to complete with their parents at home.
Eveyone came back to school the following week with their completed scrapbook and was eager to present and share it with their peers.
Those who didn’t own a pet were free to choose any animal, and the children didn’t disappoint with their creativity. Everyone had fun talking about their cats, bunny, blue kitty plushie, and even their Magical Butterfly from the Fairyworld!
The children showed a lot of joy when they presented their scrapbook to the class. Overall, the project was a wonderful experience for them and they’ve learnt a lot more about how to care for animals.
