As part of our SSDB project “Healthy me, Healthy We, Healthy Community”, we encouraged the children and their parents to create their own cardboard laptop titled “My HealthFlix”.
The children created the laptops using used cardboards. They drew their favourite pictures on the laptops to remind them to stay healthy every day. They also recorded down their body temperature, the duration of the exercise that they have done daily and how to stay healthy.
The children completed their art project and had a sharing session with their friends. They talked about the information they recorded and additional measures that they found important such as the daily health check before entering the school.
The children used “My HealthFlix” to check for the symptoms of Covid-19 and recorded down their health status. They will also use it to encourage their families and friends to do so and to be vaccinated as soon as possible because “Healthy Me, Healthy We, Health Community.”
