The children talked about loving our Earth as it gives us water, air and a beautiful place to live. They discussed how to protect and love Earth and decided on saving Water. They were able to come up with many ways to save water. Some pledged to turn off the tap while brushing their teeth, some said they would take shorter baths, some shared that they will remember to turn off the tap while soaping their hands.
The school decided to follow the children’s interest and brought them to the NeWater Visitor Center to learn more about saving water and the importance of water. They even experienced how to make a rainwater garden by themselves!
