MOE Kindergarten @ Punggol Green celebrated World Water Day by learning how we could do our part to use water effectively. The children also experienced water rationing.
The families were also involved as they participated in our in-house water conservation poster competition. We voted for our favourite posters and gave a little token to our winners.
Our MOE Kindergarten @ Punggol Green children did an outreach to the students in Punggol Green Primary School by setting up a booth. The primary school students pledged by writing ways they could conserve water on leaflets provided by PUB. The kindergarten children also shared about water conservation in some of the Primary One classrooms as well as to the stall owners at the canteen. They distributed our self-made brochures that featured the top 3 water conservation posters, in hopes that their water saving messages would be put across to these students and their families.
