Our MOE Kindergarten @ Punggol Green children had a successful outreach to the students in Punggol Green Primary School. It was made possible through our collaboration with Public Utilities Board (PUB), who provided us with brochures, leaflets and posters for the outreach. We set up a booth during their recess time and the children handed them a brochure while sharing about water conservation. After that, the primary school students made their pledge by writing ways they could conserve water on leaflets. The children also took this opportunity to reach out to the stall owners at the canteen.
Some of our children, with our parent volunteers, had the privilege to share about water conservation in some of the Primary One classrooms. They distributed our self-made brochures to the Primary One students. These self-made brochures featured the top 3 water conservation posters, in hopes that the water saving messages would be put across to these students and their families.
