Learning about how our choices affect the ocean

We started learning about the different ways that humans are affecting the ocean through the S.E.A Aquarium’s resource pack ‘Our Choices Matter’. We were introduced to 4 key points 

• Plastic pollution

• Pollution

• Unsustainable fishing 

• High usage of energy

While going through the resource pack together we learnt how and what are the good choices we should make to help save the ocean which are 

• Turning off all electrical appliances when not in use to conserve energy 

• Reduce the use of plastic 

• Disposing of our trash in bins 

• Buying fish or other seafood with the sustainability logo as this logo shows that it was caught via sustainable methods
