We have been working on raising awareness in the community about our deaf community.
We have dedicated an original song to show our love for the deaf community and to express our sincere appreciation and letting them feel that we are one as a community.
We have also learned basic sign language and shared basic signs to our children, teachers , parents and community members. Parents and community members have practiced sign language and showed that they are appreciative of the sign langand our deaf community.
In addition , we have also created posters to encourage awareness in the community.
