This year our centre SSDB mainly focus is “ I can create sustainability! ” 我们中心今年的重点是 “ 我能创造永续性!”!
To extend our theme of sustainability, we have our subtheme in June “Reduce”. Children were encouraged to finish their meals to reduce food wastage. A daily meal chart was prepared and planned to encourage our children to eat what she/he can and not to waste food!
延续中心永续环保的主题,我们在六月份的次主题“减少”中,我们鼓励孩子们要吃完他们的食物来减少浪费,老师们也设计了“我能吃完“挑战来让他们意识自己的食量,拿能吃完的分量来减少食物浪费。
We collaborated with parents to encourage children to finish their meals at home! They can continue with this practice after these two weeks! In addition parents commented if their child finished his/her food. Comments were such as the types of food which the child had for their dinners and the child’s preference for the food.
我们和家长一起家园合作,鼓励孩子们在家也能吃完,透过表格,孩子们在家里进行了两周的实践活动,家长们也在评论的格子里,写上孩子们是否做到吃完食物了,有些家长们也写上了他们晚餐吃了什么,孩子反馈了喜不喜欢今天的食物等等。
