We wanted to ensure the children and parents are involved in every step of our gardening adventure. Hence, the children packed vegetable trimmings and fruit peels that can be found at home and bring it to school to contribute to our composting bin.
It was so much fun taking turns to layer the soil, dried leaves, fruit peels and vegetable trimmings into the composting bin. We are also mixing them up as we go along. Next up, we will be planting our seeds. Look out for that!
