We end our SSDB project on - Caring for the Elderly by visiting Ren Ci Nursing Home @ Bukit Batok St 25.
Our N2 & Kindergarten children spent about 3 weeks practicing for their performance for the elderly at Ren Ci Nursing Home. They were eager to create happy moments to celebrate and perform National Day with the elderly.
On 19th August 2024, the children sang and danced National Day songs - “Stand up for Singapore” , “Singapura, Sunny Island” and “Not Alone.” They also put up a special performance to one of our National Day classic and favourite song - “Home”.
Before we end the day , the children assisted and created a Vanda Miss Joaquim craft with the elderly.
The children felt grateful and thankful that they were given this opportunity to interact and spend time with the elderly at Ren Ci Nursing Home , making them happy and feel loved.
