We started off our project “Tiny hands with Big hearts” by announcing to our parents about the initiative through broadcast on 20 February 2020. Our aim for this project is to show appreciation, gratitude and most importantly to give back to our Healthcare Frontliners.
In order to make this project a success, we have invited and encouraged our parents to assist their child and create posters or prepare care-packs for our healthcare professionals. We have decided to share our love with nurses and staff in Singapore General Hospital.
In school, the teachers shared and discussed with the children about what SSDB project is all about, what is COVID-19 and the importance of hand washing. Children then showed their appreciation by writing and drawing thank you cards for the heroes.
We really hope that our project will give motivations to our frontliners in Singapore General Hospital and encourage them to continue serving our community.
Here are some photos and videos from our SGH heroes :)
