The children at MOE Kindergarten @ Pei Tong showed their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the people who have been keeping them safe and healthy during the COVID-19 situation.
To thank the frontliners, we embarked on a project to create two paper quilts. Our K2 children worked together with their parents to design unique patches for the quilts. They drew pictures of the frontline workers and wrote thank you messages on their artwork. The patches were then weaved together to create the final quilts.
The completed quilts were each given to the staff at the National University Hospital and a family clinic.
We thank all the teachers, parents and the children for coming together to create a unique token of appreciation for our heroes. A big thank you to our frontline heroes for keeping us safe and healthy throughout the COVID-19 situation! ❤️
