We launched our SSDB by inviting our neighbourhood cleaners and displayed our appreciation towards them. As we believe that acts of kindness make a difference.
The K2 children composed a song for Nee Soon Town Council which lyrics expressed their appreciation and gratitude towards them. They performed it to the cleaners and sent the song to Nee Soon Town Council. The song was a hit as it was played during Nee Soon Town Council’s Cleaners Appreciation Day. The K1 children gifted a beautiful plant in a pot which they created and designed with using recycled materials. They presented it to the cleaners together with a beautiful thank you card as a token of appreciation.
The N2 children showed their appreciation performing an adorable dance and baked honey cornflakes for them! They placed the goodies in a jar and gifted it on that day. They were so excited.
It was a memorable launch party which emphasized a lot on displaying gratitude and being kind ☺️
