Working towards parental partnership, we invited our children’s parents to show their appreciation for the community helpers. They and their children have had fun buying and gifting their goodies.
In turn, back in our school, our children and their friends took turn to pack these goodies e.g. packs of hot and cold beverages, biscuits, towels, wet wipes. Then it was the day to present our “Love Gift Hamper” and our Community Helpers gladly accepted what our children presented to them. How precious the attached photographs show such interaction between the helpers and our children.
