To ensure a seamless transition from 2024 to 2025, we conducted the Managing 2025 Students Webinar, hosted by Angel Rachel. This session covered crucial aspects such as Student Promotion, Enrolment Tracking, and Invoicing. Learning these steps early can also help you have a stress-free school break.

Seamless Data Transition to 2025

As the year draws to a close, we want to remind all users that LittleLives will automatically transfer school data to the new academic year on 31st December 2024. This ensures that schools experience a smooth transition without any hassle.

To facilitate this process, we will display a banner reminder to encourage administrators to complete Student Promotion - a mandatory step to transfer students’ information from 2024 to 2025. This applies to all schools, even those starting their academic year later in February or March.

For guidance on Student Promotion, Admins can simply log in to the LittleLives website and click on “Get Help Here” to access detailed step-by-step instructions.

1. Honouring Vietnamese Teachers on 20/11

November was a special month for Vietnamese educators! LittleLives joined the nationwide celebrations for Vietnamese Teacher’s Day (20/11) by organizing heartwarming activities to show appreciation for teachers' dedication and passion.

We hope that our small gifts and heartfelt messages brought smiles and renewed energy to teachers as they continue their meaningful journey in shaping young minds. Their dedication is truly inspiring, and we are honored to be part of this wonderful community!

2. Meeting Schools and Celebrating Ambassadors

The LittleLives team recently had the privilege of visiting our valued clients in Johor and Melaka, including Stellar Preschool and Ivy Kids Preschool.  We were also thrilled to recognize and celebrate our newest LittleLives Ambassadors: Tadika Butterfly in Johor and Mumtaz Generation International in Melaka. These esteemed schools have played a vital role in supporting LittleLives through referrals and their continued trust in our services. We deeply appreciate their partnership.

3. A Special Visit from Our Founder & CEO

We were honored to welcome LittleLives Founder, Sun Ho, and CEO, Ming Hwee Chong, to Malaysia this month.  During their visit, they met with schools across the Klang Valley, engaging in valuable discussions about their experiences with the LittleLives system. These conversations provided invaluable feedback, reaffirming our dedication to understanding the evolving needs of schools and continuously improving our offerings to better serve the education community.
