It had come to the end of the SSDB President Challenge Project 2021. The children took part in the Finale activities specially curated to celebrate the success of the project.
First, the children sang the theme song - Zooming Kindness Heart to Heart in four languages. They sang in English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil.
Next, the teachers shared a story on moral education with the Kindness Mascot.
The children watched a short appreciation video produced by CES_SDC, the main contractor to design and build the JRL at Gek Poh and Tawas. The video featured the Construction Workers at work in the construction site.
The children did their reflection on the project in different ways. N1 and N2 children were reminded of the good behaviours by attempting the Magic Words Poster from SKM (Singapore Kindness Movement). K1 and K2 children attended a short discussion to reflect on the project. They recorded the reflection in the Reflection Journal from the SSDB Resources.
