This is the first project that we participated in since the launch of the program. In conjunction with our EQ theme on Empathy, we decided to visit Sunshine Welfare Action Mission (SWAMI) Home with our preschoolers. It was the first time that the
children visited SWAMI home and it was something new to everyone!
The children brought dance performance, created handmade craft and donated food items to the residents.
It was a meaningful trip to the children as children developed empathy for the aged, needy, people on wheelchairs as they learned to respect, accept and embrace individual differences.
