As part of National Day celebration, our K2 practised the song “Home” to perform at the SilverCOVE @ Marsiling for the elderly to watch. In addition, they made a card each for the elderly. Last but not least, their parents contributed dry food items such as Milo powder, oats and rice, which we donated to SilverCOVE as well.
During the day of the visit on 3 Aug, the K2 teachers and children brought along the cards and set food items to pass to SilverCOVE. At the centre, the children were involved in a National Day workout session with the elderly. They were then engaged in a telematch with the elderly. Lastly, they put up the performance “Home”. They had an engaging and interactive session with the elderly.
