On the 28th June 2021, we had a virtual Greet and Meet Session with seniors from Orange Valley SAC via Zoom! Parents were also invited to the event.
It was such a great opportunity for children to meet and interact with the elders in our community and for us to stay connected with the elders despite the current pandemic, leveraging technology!
We started off the session with a mini game - Animal Charade with the seniors. We are glad to see the seniors having fun, trying their best to guess the right animal! 😄
After the mini game, our N2 to K2 children put up dance performances for all to enjoy!
N2 Performance: Rasa Sayang and Chan Mali Chan.
K1 Performance: You Look Good When You Smile 你笑起来真好看
K2 Performance: The Moon Song 月亮代表我的心
It was heartening to see all smiles on the seniors faces as our children performed! Bravo children for the wonderful performances!
Our Greet and Meet Session ended in a cheerful note. Overall, it was a short but really meaningful time altogether.
