As part of our school’s parental involvement project, our students were given a choice to create either a poster, chart or drawing about activities they enjoy doing together with their grandparents. The children then did a Show & Tell in class, sharing about their beloved grandparents and what they love doing with them, from activities such as reading to taking care of plants together. These activities are great examples of inter-generational bonding.
It was a beautiful, heartfelt and meaningful sharing session which all the children thoroughly enjoyed.
