Following the huge success of our Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) Launch Event, Little Atlas Preschool is proud to share a compilation of what really went on for the past month.
The collaboration between children and parents showcased dedication and teamwork in preparing for the distribution. The children successfully obtained the items within budget and our in-house heroes diligently packed them. Covering the East and North-East regions of Singapore, everyone worked together to ensure the smooth distribution of 500 care packs. During the event, warm exchanges and appreciation from senior residents created a positive intergenerational connection with our little innovators; this outreach programme really warms the cockles of our heart!
“I would like to express my gratitude to Little Atlas Preschool for their thoughtful arrangement of the care packs for our seniors in need. It was a pleasure meeting the teachers, parents, and children last Saturday while executing this act of kindness.” – Ms. Hui Ting, Manager @ North East CDC.
We sent this video to the North East CDC and seniors residents, who were thrilled when watching all the hardwork and commitment poured in behind the care packs they received. We wish to thank these seniors and the community for allowing us to participate in this meaningful event and be part of their lives. This way, we hope our little innovators transform into heroes in their own different ways.
Continuing our partnership with the North East CDC, our Kindergarten 2 innovators were cordially invited to put up a performance at Ling Kwang Home for seniors and low income families. This is an extended part of “Project Refresh” under the organisation. Look out for our upcoming post to see how the performance went!
