The children experimented with ways to reuse materials and upcycling them. With parents involvement, they brought the T-shirts to school and we started to do the tote bag from scratch. First, they watched the tutorial video, then we recalled it step by step and wrote it down on the board. We then started one step at a time and spent the whole Wednesday morning cutting the old clothes. The children practised their fine motor skills by cutting the fabric. It was difficult for them as the fabric was harder to cut as compared to paper. However, they tried their very best and persevered throughout, and we did it! Proudly sharing the finished eco-bags done by the children!!
