The children at My First Skool @ Block 688C Woodlands wants to show appreciation and gratitude to our frontline works such as the uncle and aunties who have kept our neighbourhood clean, as well as the food delivery workers. The children startes by drawing and colouring a card with short messagea to express their gratitude. The children then went around to give these heros an apple and a thank you card.
The project helps children learn to appreciate the work of our frontline workers, who are very brave and despite the risk of the pandemic, they help the residents and us in many ways.
The smiles on the frontliners brought happiness to both the children and themselves. This has also help children learn to appreciate and also show kindness to the people around us.
