SUPERHERO costume

To be superheroes, we need to be well-equipped! Look how they created their own superhero masks by using markers and colour pencils to decorate their paper masks; they explored using different colours, lines, dots and shapes to create their own superhero masks. Later on, the teacher helped to fix rubber straps so they can wear them proudly!

Next superhero gear– superhero capes! Look how they created their own superhero capes by re-using old tshirts they’ve brought from home. Do you know that each of them even have their own superhero names? 😁 First they used markers to trace and write their superhero initials on their capes and then they added lines, dots and shapes to decorate them all over. Here we have Hulk Issa, Super Flash Allen, Catboy Clifford, Super Charlotte, Owlette Grace and Spidergirl Ilyssa– all working hard on their fabulous superhero capes!

And what’s a superhero without a shield?

Here, our N2s used markers to trace and write their superhero name initials on pre-cut paper badges. Next, they painted pre-cut recycled cardboard pieces that are shaped like a shield, choosing colours such as red, blue and yellow and painted their shields using long strokes. Some of them also chose to mix some colours together. Once they finished painting it, they pasted their paper badge onto their shield!
