We are pleased to announce this year our centre is once again participating in Start Small Dream Big. This year’s theme “ Stay Connected Make a Difference” , encourage children to continue to maintain social connections with the community, despite the current COVID-19 situation and find meaning ways to reach out and do good.
For the past few years, we have been raising funds for the seniors at COMNET Senior Activity Centre @ Rivervale Cresent for our SSDB project. Our K1 and K2 children and parent volunteers represented the school to encourgaed the elderly with goody bags, fun games and children’s performances. However, due to the current pandemic situation, we will not be able to visit the seniors. Last year, we started working with HOPE Worldwide (Singapore)(HopewwS) to carry out a doorstep delivery of essential items and face masks for 100 lower income families, staying in rental flats in Punggol North.
The delivery was done by staff of Kids’ Kingdom with some volunteers from HOPEwwS on 26 June 2021.
