Stay Connected, Make A Difference
On the 12th of April 2021 our school held its Start Small Dream Big Virtual launch party. Parents, children, teachers are invited to the launch party. In addition, the virtual event became more special with our guests of honours: SG kindness, Singapore Food Agency, PCF Sparkletots Preschool executive and the elderly from St. Luke Elderly Home. The launch party was filled with fun games, dance and songs.
The virtual party was well planned and well decorated, this made the event more exciting and colourful.
The children, teachers and stakeholders were excited for our centre’s SSDB project unveil.
“Healthy Heart, Healthy Body and Healthy Mind” is our SSDB project title for the year 2021.
Each bays are decorated for the party with rainbow balloons, colourful papers, bantings and party goodies.
The K1 and K2 children and teachers are ready to party! The SSDB Hat and face mask looks good on them.
The virtual party was hosted by our Senior Centre Principal: Mrs. Sumitra Tiwari and Teacher Ian.
The children and teachers enjoyed the SG Kindness dance. The song reinforces to the children how to be kind and how important it is to respect other people.
One of the parent and his son lead the SSDB pledge with the children and witness by the invited guests.
The parents and the guests played kahoot together. The fastest and the most correct answers won the game.
The SSDB Virtual Party ended happily and with laughter in everyone’s faces.
The children, the teachers and the stakeholders will keep on to their promises to strenghten communication and community partnership during this pandemic. Our centre will also maintain a partnership with ST. Luke Elderly care to develop our children’s comapssion and respect towards other people.
A healthy child is a happy child.
