It was an exciting and a fruitful day for the children, parents and teachers of PCF Sparkletots Kebun Baru Blk 172 as we had our “Start Small Dream Big Launch Party” last April 17, 2019. Children proudly wore their animal mask. These masks are special for the children as it signifies the importance of the different
endangered animals. They were especially proud as they made these masks themselves!
Our principal Ms Hayati together with Cheng Yu’s mum; Ms Maureen, began the launch with the ribbon cutting ceremony ! Children were deeply touched by the story entitled as “Will Anju Be Happy Again” conducted by our parent volunteer. The children then crafted their own sash and wrote their pledge.
The children then showcased their talents in modelling as they walk down the red mat proudly wearing their mask. It surely made the audience and parents smile.
With such a promising start to our SSDB project, we are looking forward to a more meaningful and fun activities by the K1 and K2 children as they learn and spread awareness about endangered animals.
