Our children journeyed on their mission to care for the environment to protect the earth from climate change. They expanded their role to contribute to public health focusing on public hygiene and cleanliness and Dengue Prevention. Children acted as Eco Warriors also involved their parents and reached out to the community to create awareness of developing eco-friendly habits.
Anti-littering - Environment Clean-up Day
Our SSDB project was launched on Earth day, 22 April. Our Eco Warriors started their first program to contribute to public health in a community clean-up around the school neighbourhood to care for the community. Children learnt about the problems l caused by littering and the “Do” and “Don’t” habits of handling their own litters. This activity developed the children’s social responsibility to contribute towards for public cleanliness.
