In line with the SSDB, ‘Caring for the Elderly’ theme, we went to Active Global Home and Community Care located at BLK 92, Telok Blangah Street 31 for a visit.
We had a mini dance and song performance based on the National Day theme. The children sang and danced to a Chinese song sharing some common eye care tips with the elderly.
The elderly and the children actively participated in the softball game. An interactive and sharing session with the children and the elderly was conducted along the way. The children presented handmade flowers to the elderly. Everyone participated enthusiastically.
We ended our visit with a ‘Singapore Cheer’ and a group photo shoot. As a whole, we hoped the children bring back memorable experiences on caring for the elderly.
