Our centre planned to pack and distribute ‘care packs’ for our seniors citizens at Orange Valley. This activity was participated by our K2 children as we aim to inculcate good values - learn to be thoughtful and empathetic of the people around them particularly to the elders and those in need. The packing took place on the 22nd of July.
All the items were donated by the children’s parents from our centre. It was heartwarming to see all the donation items ☺️
The teachers sorted out all the donation items to ease the process of packing. They demonstrated to the K2s on how to pack the ‘care packs’.
The children were focused and arranged all the items in the ziplock bag neatly. Some of the donation items include 3 in 1 Milo, biscuits, herbal candy, medicated oil and wet tissues.
The K2s felt a sense of pride and joy as they completed the packing. They worked together and helped each other throughout the activity.
Well done K2s 👏! We are excited to distribute the ‘care packs’ when we visit the senior citizens on the 26th of July!
