The children were introduced to the world of flora and fauna to raise awareness of our City In a Garden and the same time they learn to reduce, recycle and aprreaciate of the environment. They had a great time with an interactive activities with collaboration with the NPark in the classroom.
We have a little outdoor space for the children to engage all their 5 senses, including the chance to observe, touch and smell the varieties of plants which make them curious and excited.
They had a great opportunity to be able to plant some sunflower seed in the school garden.
The children completed the ‘Bobby and the Lost Seed’ book together with the SSDB reflections. This activities encouraged the children to express themselves through writing and verbal sharing which able to build their language abilities and confidence.
We like to thank all parents and NParks for the great collaboration to make this most memorable learning journey for the children.
