The children did up their own family dumbbell. This craft allows children to show how they can build strong bonds together as a family. They were to punch a hole in the middle of the circle, colour and write down the names of their family members. Children then rolled the rectangle paper and tape it to the ends of the circle template to create their family dumb bell.
The children did up their family hugger to and show how much they mean to them! They drew and colour their family member on the template. During the process, children said “I am drawing mummy, i want to give mummy a hug”, “I am giving to my daddy”. Children were happy with their own artwork and were proud to show their peers too!
The children did up a treasure chest craft. They were to draw and colour a picture of them and their family members doing their favourite activity together on the template. Once it is done, they are to fold along the dotted lines to close the treasure chest. During the process, children shared about their artwork. For example, “I m flying kite with my family”
Happy Father’s Day!
The children did up a photo frame for their daddy! They painted strips of cardboard and glued it together to form a photo frame. The children went on to decorate their photo frames with small cut-out cardboards. They had so much fun showing their creativity decorating the photo frame for their daddy to show how much they love them!
“Paint paint, let’s all paint”! The children made a key chain for their fathers. They painted the heart-shape clay in various ways. Some of them painted lines, some dotted it and some of them painted the whole heart shaped clay. They also did up a card for their daddies, telling them how much they love them!
The children used the “Draw and Tell” app to draw/write out “Happy Father’s Day” They decorated the words and the empty spaces around it. Their artwork were then printed out and laminated to make it into a keychain. The children put in their 101% effort to create something nice for their fathers! The children enjoyed it a lot!
