As part of our Character First-Current issues lesson, we learnt the song “Save My World”. The song aims to raise awareness and spread the message that taking care of Mother Earth is everyone’s responsibility. We learnt to identify single-use plastics and how the “use and throw” culture harms Mother Earth. We were also exposed to alternatives to single-use plastics such as metal straws, reusable eco bags etc…
This lesson was conducted in conjunction with the launch of our “Start Small Dream Big 2019” Project. Whilst no one can do everything, everyone can do something to save Mother Earth!
