And it’s a wrap! This year’s K2 children SSDB project has come to an end! It is such a special project where the children gain the opportunity to understand and know more about the essence of Family including the 4 core family values (Love, Care, Commitment and Respect). With the great support of our project partner Families For Life-providing us with materials such as story books,short lesson plans, songs and art kits the children had a meaningful one!
In line with this, the children were engaged with Show N’ Tell session: Poster Making-What I have learnt throughout the project. The children also shared the practices they applied at home after being involved in this project. In this activity, children have shared such as “Always say thank you to my parents and my grandma or grandpa”, “Caring and helping them at home” and many more.
Moreover, the children also had a meaningful lookback of the activities they had like the story telling, the grandparents day, things they have prepared for them and sing/dance-A-long of the Family and Me songs. What a journey it has been ❤️
