Our K2 students were excited to create toys for the children in need. We discussed and planned the type of toys that they wanted to make. We collaborated with ‘Preschool Market’ and were invited to ‘Kindred Studio’ to collect some recycled materials to work on our toys project.
Our K2 students created toys using recycled materials such as Tic-Tac-Toe, Shakers, Tambourines, Geoboards, Counting Game, Drums, Sorting Game and many more! Our PG, N1, N2 and K1 students also took part in this project and created Animal Puzzles, Transportation toys, Sorting Shapes Game, Bowling Game and Toss-A-Ring Game.
All the DIY toys made by our students were packed nicely and donated to Thye Hua Kwan Family Service Centre (Jurong & Macpherson) and Kampong Kapor Community Services (Whampoa FSC).
We hope that all the DIY Toys made by our students will brighten up their day!
